Shipping Policy

Each piece from The Fine Jewelry Co. is handcrafted in Los Angeles. Please allow 10–14 business days for production on most items prior to shipment.

Custom nameplates and personalized designs require approximately 14 business days due to their detailed production process.
All nameplate and personalized items are final sale.

Orders over $500 are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking information via email.

All orders are fully insured in transit up until delivery. If you would like to request a signature upon delivery, please email diana@thefinejewelryco.com prior to shipment.

Please note:
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or missed deliveries.
• Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
