Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, orders over $500 and all custom designs are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Items personalized through engraving are final sale.
Standard initial pendants (non-customized) remain eligible for return.

For eligible items under $500, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
